Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Perfect Image (Pty) Ltd T/A Perfekt Image ("Perfekt Image," "we," "us," "our"), including workshop bookings and one-to-one service bookings made through our ShopStarGo storefront and any related services.

By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or otherwise engaging with Perfekt Image, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking.

Who we are

Perfekt Image (Pty) Ltd is a South African private company registered in the Republic of South Africa. We are a brand strategy studio offering:

  • The Brand [BE]coming Workshop · Group workshop events held in-person

  • The Compass Session · One-to-one 90-minute strategy sessions

  • Brand Ecosystems Mapping · A collaborative build held across four movements: Foundation Excavation, Strategic Alignment, Expression Foundation, and Expression Implementation

What you are purchasing

When you book with Perfekt Image, you are purchasing access to a specific service, held on the 17th of October(the Brand [Be]coming workshop) or scheduled by mutual agreement (for the Compass Session).

The workshop includes: five hours of facilitated experiences, a workbook, a Rooted & Rooting Card, a personalised closing note card written by our poet collaborator, a shared harvest brunch table meal, and beverages throughout the day.

The Compass Session includes: a 90-minute one-to-one session with Nontando, a personalised pathway prescription, and any associated materials confirmed at booking.

Booking and payment

All bookings are processed via ShopStarGo. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include all applicable taxes where relevant.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has cleared. You will receive a booking confirmation email from ShopStarGo, followed by additional communication from Perfekt Image.

Your responsibilities

By booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information

  • Complete the attendee form within the deadline (for workshop bookings)

  • Attend the session or workshop at the scheduled time

  • Behave respectfully toward the team, other participants, and any collaborators or venue staff

  • Honour the confidentiality of what other attendees share within the workshop room

Our responsibilities

Perfekt Image agrees to:

  • Deliver the workshop or session as described at time of booking

  • Communicate any changes promptly and in writing

  • Handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • Honour the refund and cancellation terms set out below

Intellectual property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content shared during the workshop or session (including the Brand Archaeology methodology, the Golden Thread framework, workbook content, and any handouts) remain the intellectual property of Perfekt Image.

You may use what you learn for your own brand and business. You may not reproduce, resell, or teach the exact methodology to others as your own work.

Any personal content you generate during the workshop (your own writing, your own answers, your own brand insights) belongs to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Perfekt Image's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

We do not accept liability for:

  • Business decisions you make as a result of the workshop or session

  • Financial outcomes of applying what you learn

  • Loss or damage of personal property brought to the venue

  • Consequences of any medical, mental health, or personal condition that arises during or after the workshop

Force majeure

If we are unable to deliver the workshop or session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, government restriction, illness of the facilitator, venue closure, or similar), we will offer either a full refund or the option to move your booking to a future date, at your choice.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if not resolved, through the courts of South Africa.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on perfektimage.com and on the ShopStarGo booking page. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
