MLC GIFTS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by MLC Gifts. Full payment is required within 72 hours of invoice issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all names, dates, wording and other personalised details before approving an order. Once personalisation or production has started, changes may not be possible.

3. Design Fee

A R200 design fee may apply before personalisation. Where applicable, this fee will be deducted from the final order total when the order is placed.

4. Production & Lead Time

Our standard lead time is approximately 3 months. Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance, particularly for weddings and special events. Production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of an order.

5. Handmade Products

MLC Gifts products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, shape, finish, fragrance or appearance may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation or changes to an order may not be possible once production has commenced. Costs already incurred for materials, personalisation or production may be non-refundable.

7. Delivery

Delivery fees are charged separately unless specifically included on the invoice. Delivery times may vary according to the courier and destination. MLC Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Customer Approval

Payment and approval of an order confirms that the customer has accepted the quoted specifications, personalised details and applicable terms and conditions.

9. Product Collection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All original MLC Gifts designs, photographs, written content, artwork, branding and promotional materials remain the intellectual property of MLC Gifts and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without written permission.

11. Acceptance

By placing an order or making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
