MLC GIFTS — SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 6 October 2026

MLC Gifts delivers orders using PUDO courier services. Shipping arrangements and costs will be confirmed with the customer before the order is dispatched.

1. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via PUDO courier services to the delivery or collection details provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless specifically stated on the invoice or quotation.

The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch and must be paid before the order is shipped.

3. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, contact number and selected delivery or collection details.

MLC Gifts cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

4. Dispatch

Orders will only be dispatched once the order has been completed and all required payments have been received.

The customer will be notified when the order has been dispatched.

5. Courier Delays

Delivery times are determined by the courier service and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of MLC Gifts.

MLC Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Collection & Delivery

Where a PUDO collection point or locker is used, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the applicable collection period.

Failure to collect a parcel may result in additional shipping or return-to-sender costs, which may be payable by the customer.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged when received, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact MLC Gifts as soon as possible so that the matter can be assessed.

8. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after dispatch.

9. Important

MLC Gifts takes care when packaging handcrafted products for delivery. However, once an order has been handed to the courier, transportation is handled by the courier service.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Each option's delivery time, when provided, is shown at checkout and applies to the option you select.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping require a physical address.

Digital Products

Instant Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a download link or access instructions within minutes.

Download Access

Download links typically remain active for 30 days and allow multiple downloads. Please save your files to a secure location.

If you do not receive your digital product within 15 minutes:

Check your spam/junk folder
Verify the email address used for purchase
Contact our support team for assistance

Bookings and Services

Confirmation

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with:

Date and time of your appointment
Location or virtual meeting details
Provider information
Any preparation instructions

Reminders

We will send you reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.

Virtual Appointments

For virtual appointments, you will receive a meeting link in your confirmation email. Please test your internet connection and camera/microphone before the appointment.

Memberships

Instant Access

Upon successful payment, your membership is activated immediately. You will receive a welcome email with login instructions and access details.

Account Setup

If you do not already have an account, one will be created for you. Check your email for account activation instructions.

Member Benefits

As a member, you will have access to all included features and benefits immediately. Some benefits may require additional setup or verification.

Event Tickets

E-Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically to your email within minutes of purchase. You can also access your tickets in your account.

Ticket Format

E-tickets can be:

Printed at home and brought to the event
Displayed on your mobile device at entry
Added to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Pay)

Event Day

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time. Have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.
