Welcome to Guildfree. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, social media pages, products and services. By placing an order with Guildfree, you agree to these terms.

1. About Guildfree

Guildfree offers handmade soaps, bath salts and selected bath and body products designed to bring natural luxury and enjoyable self-care experiences to our customers.

As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, design and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not affect their intended use.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.

However:

- Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

- Handmade products may vary slightly from product photographs.

- Product availability may change without notice.

- We reserve the right to update product descriptions and pricing when necessary.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guildfree reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, product availability or other circumstances that make the order impossible to fulfil.

4. Custom and Handmade Orders

Certain Guildfree products may be made specifically for a customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including product selections, quantities, delivery details and any customisation requirements.

Once production has started on a handmade or custom order, the order may not be cancelled.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR/R) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment options will be communicated during the ordering process. Orders may only proceed to production or dispatch once payment has been confirmed where payment in advance is required.

6. Product Use

Customers should use Guildfree products only as directed.

Customers are encouraged to check product ingredients before use, particularly where they have known sensitivities or allergies.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.

Guildfree products are intended for their stated cosmetic or bath-use purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Guildfree name, logo, branding, product images, written content and other original materials remain the property of Guildfree unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guildfree takes reasonable care in producing and supplying its products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guildfree will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

Guildfree may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our relevant website or sales platform.
