Customers will be informed where an order requires additional production time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin after an order has been completed, prepared and handed to the relevant delivery service.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the courier or delivery service used.

Guildfree cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

Guildfree cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the delivery cannot be accepted, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

6. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping require a physical address.

Event Tickets

E-Ticket Delivery

Ticket Format

Event Day

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time. Have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.
